Brian Lobley Headshot

Brian Lobley

Chief Executive Officer

Brian Lobley brings over 20 years of experience leading healthcare businesses, operations, and strategy. Prior to joining tango, he served as the executive vice president, chief operating officer, and president of Health Markets at Independence Health Group, the parent company of Independence Blue Cross, LLC. He was responsible for leading Commercial, Consumer, and Medicare lines of business and the company’s group pharmacy business and Operations, Business Technology Services, Informatics, and Innovation departments. He provided oversight for the company’s subsidiaries: AmeriHealth New Jersey, and AmeriHealth Administrators.

He has also served on numerous boards across non-profit and for-profit sectors.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Lehigh University.

Jay Benn Headshot

Chief Operating Officer

Jay Benn has over 26 years of experience in health care operations. Prior to joining tango, Jay served as Vice President of Operations for WellCare’s West Division and has held COO roles at both PopHealthcare and Preferred Homecare where he led the delivery of innovative home-based care delivery models. Before that, Jay held leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare of Arizona as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.

Jay earned his master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Arizona State University in 1993 and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance. He currently serves on the board of Touchstone Behavioral Health.

Chief Financial Officer

Kirk Stanley brings to tango. 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry that includes health plan operations, value-based care, care/condition management, and technology-enabled healthcare services. He has been on the leadership teams of INSPIRIS and PopHealthCare, both of which had successful exits. Prior to tango Kirk was the President of PopHealthCare, a company that offers a suite of robust services that range from risk adjustment solutions to the delivery of care and care management to the medically complex and frail.

Before joining PopHealthCare, Kirk served as the Chief Operating Officer for Predilytics, a next-generation healthcare predictive analytics company. Before that, Kirk served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for INSPIRIS.

Kirk earned his master’s degree in health administration from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.

Chief Growth Officer

Julie Smith joins tango with 25+ years’ experience growing and managing Government focused health plans. Julie is responsible for all sales and account management activity at tango. Previously, she served as SVP of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) and President of Advantage Solutions. In these roles, Julie delivered Medicare products to members nationally with annual revenue of $6 billion and lead business process outsourcing and technology services offerings to 25+ leading healthcare companies focused on consumer and government programs. As President of Anthem BCBS, Julie managed a multi-state $9 billion business segment. She has also founded an e-learning company and held roles with Federal (CMS), State and Consulting organizations.

Julie holds a Master of Health Services from The Johns Hopkins University and serves on several non-profit boards making significant public health contributions. She resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with her family.

Raman Padmanabhan

Chief Information Officer

Raman Padmanabhan brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the Healthcare and Technology sectors, holding CXO positions in Fortune 500 companies. As the Managing Partner at TATA Consultancy Services, he successfully led the North America payer portfolio, overseeing regional and national health plans in both Commercial and Government markets.

In his role as President and CEO of Thryve Digital Health, a Highmark Health captive, Raman steered the startup to remarkable success, achieving $80M in revenue by providing innovative solutions to blues health plans and hospital systems.

Previously, he served in Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer positions at Xerox, contributing significantly to the success of the $2B commercial healthcare and $3.7B managed print services business units.

Raman holds an Advanced Management Program certification from The Wharton School and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer

Kim Templeton has over 26 years of healthcare leadership experience, including 20 years in managed care environments as a Regional and Senior Operations /Clinical positions with Regional and National Home Health, Specialty Infusion and Enteral Companies. She has extensive understanding of operations, clinical program development, quality assurance/outcomes, regulatory compliance and accreditation surveys.

Kim has worked with CIGNA, Olsten, Apria and Preferred Homecare. Most recently Kim served in a Compliance and Privacy Officer role for the Infusion line of business with Preferred Homecare. Kim is passionate about providing exceptional care in the patient’s home setting.

Kim has a BS degree in Nursing from North Park University, Chicago and national certifications through Health Care Compliance Association and Intravenous Nurses Society.

Wendy Coyle has over 20 years of working in the Human Capital space driving human resources strategies, functions, initiatives, and programs across diverse industries, including retail, motorsports, and tech, with spending most of her career journey in healthcare at Phoenix Health Plan and Conifer Health Solutions.

Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Suriya Grima has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management and is a growth-oriented leader focusing on strategy, product development, and performance management. Before joining tango., Suriya was the vice president and general manager of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s Individual Medicare business and has deep experience managing Medicare. Suriya also worked for eight years as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting, helping clients across the healthcare sector address complex business challenges and develop strategies to drive financial and strategic performance.

Suriya earned her master’s degree in health care administration from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Eurasian Studies from Mount Holyoke College.

Dr. Greg Sheff’s background includes over 20 years in healthcare both as a practicing physician and healthcare executive. He most recently served as interim President and Chief Medical Officer, Home Solutions, at Humana, Inc. At Humana, he oversaw all aspects of Humana’s $2B+ home-focused delivery segment, responsible for operations, partnerships, and integration of multiple home-based care assets, from primary care to hospital at home to Medicare-certified home health. Previously he was Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of AccentCare, one of the nation’s leaders in home-based healthcare services. At AccentCare he led the teams responsible for clinical operations, innovation, quality and coding as well as market development, provider joint ventures and payer partnerships. Prior to AccentCare, Greg served in senior leadership roles at Seton Ascension Healthcare Family, Seton Health Alliance ACO and Austin Regional Clinic.

Greg holds degrees with honors from Stanford University and the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.

Lisa Fisher is an enterprising Healthcare Leader with extensive experience providing strategic guidance to Boards and senior leadership within multi-billion-dollar healthcare organizations. Lisa’s specialty is identifying opportunities for improvement and partnership opportunities and implementing them for growth and success. Overseeing cross-functional efforts, Lisa has experience implementing complex projects and driving continuous process improvement. Lisa has extensive experience leading major and minor projects, establishing new functions and roles, and developing the critical structure to achieve goals. Lisa’s success is driven by her adaptability, integrity, transparent style, and strategic acumen. Lisa is known for driving change, strategy and implementing on time and within budget.

Lisa earned a master’s in health services administration from the University of Michigan.

Senior Vice President, Client Services & Portfolio Management

Brett Huberman has 20+ years of healthcare experience operating at the intersection of strategy, growth, operations, and technology. Prior to joining tango, Brett was the vice president of client partnerships, strategy, and growth at enGen, a subsidiary of Highmark Health. And before enGen, Brett was the vice president of operations for Tandigm Health, a population health services organization. Brett also held executive leadership roles at management consulting firms Vynamic, Ernst & Young, and Accenture earlier in his career.

Brett earned his MBA from Temple University and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from the University of Pittsburgh. Brett is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Martin Headshot

Michael Martin

Vice President, Network Management

Michael Martin joined tango as National Director of Network Management in May of 2021. Michael is responsible for the tango Home Health network, with oversight to the contract management, provider relations, and credentialing functions.

Michael has over 10 years of post-acute care experience, bringing to tango unique perspectives through the lens of critical stakeholders in the continuum of care. Michael has held positions as a business and marketing executive for healthcare companies with a focus in home care, sub-acute rehabilitation, behavioral health programing, and senior living. Michael’s experience also extends into payers and managed care plans, with oversight to regional contracting initiatives and project management.

Vice President, Account Management & Sales

John Baptist has more than 20 years in Sales, Major Account Management, and Capitated Contracting.

Before joining tango, John was responsible for Sales and Managed Care Contracting at Preferred Homecare, securing capitated Durable Medical Equipment, Respiratory Therapy, and Home Infusion Therapy agreements, expanding Managed Care Organization customers through multiple sales channels for national and regional accounts.

John earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Communications from Arizona State University.

Adam Goode Headshot

Adam Goode

Vice President of Business Intelligence

Adam Goode brings over 20 years of healthcare data analytics experience to tango. Prior to joining tango, he served as Vice President of Medical Economics at Monogram Health. In this role he developed and lead the analytics functions, including performance analysis, opportunity analysis, and client reporting. Before that, Adam lead the analytic team at CGS Administrators, a Medicare Administrative Contractor, in support of their Medicare Part B and Durable Medical Equipment contracts. Prior experience includes extensive experience analyzing Medicaid data, as well as analysis around pre-payment claims processing and post-payment claims review.

Adam holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in Healthcare Information Technology, focusing on the use of data to inform better decisions. He also earned his MBA in Healthcare Management from Lipscomb University.

Jennifer Graham Headshot

Jennifer Graham, RN

Senior Director, Clinical Integration

Jennifer Graham has over 20 years of healthcare delivery and operations experience. Before joining tango, Jennifer served as Director of Solutions Management for myNEXUS, building clinical, operational, and technical solutions within value-based care arrangements. While there, she developed enterprise-wide authorization management technology for the organization.

Prior to joining myNEXUS, Jennifer spent ten years in a cardiac inpatient at Vanderbilt University Medical Center before transitioning into home health, where she designed and implemented a telehealth program for a national home health organization.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky in 2001.
